Dr Matthew Fleming enjoyed growing up in Hawthorn, Melbourne. He was educated at Xavier College before going on to study dentistry and graduating with Honours from the University of Melbourne in 1990.
To Hamilton and Back
He worked in a Gold Coast cosmetic practice before joining his wife in a busy country town in the Western District in 1994. Together, they served the town of Hamilton for seven years before returning to Melbourne to work at their current practice in Camberwell.
Education Buff
A self-admitted ‘continuing education buff’, Dr Fleming loves to learn. In fact, he typically takes two to three times the amount of continuing education that’s mandated by the state of Victoria.
Advanced Dentistry
Dr Matthew Fleming’s passion for learning has also taken him to the world-renowned KOIS Centre in Seattle, The Las Vegas Institute and the prestigious Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education.
Hobbies & Interests
Outside of dentistry, Dr Matthew Fleming devotes time to his family, including three children. The time Dr Matt and his wife Dr Dana use for travel to the US for future studies can sometimes be combined with family holidays. He also enjoys keeping fit, biking, skiing, going to the beach, good wine, antiques, cooking, theatre, cricket and football. See how his family rates him!

Dr Matthew Fleming practices from a state-of-the art surgery
In early 2009, the dental clinic outgrew their previous buildings and moved into this beautiful state-of-the-art dental surgery at 1243 Toorak Rd Camberwell. The reception and private consulting rooms are calm and inviting. Early mornings and after work appointments allow busy people to come in when it suits them.
